Since 9/11, we have been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. We are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001.

Allen and Linda Erickson founded the NW Montana Veterans Pantry & Stand Down over 21 years ago to serve our veteran community in the Flathead Valley and North West region of Montana. Since then we have expanded our operation to include a variety of other veteran services such as our Veterans Thrift Store, DME medical equipment and loan programs, homeless facilities and more.
Our mission is to educate, guide, and give back to US service members, veterans, and their families.
We will do this by educating and informing those who served and
their families on what resources and information that is available to them. We will guide them to the information and resources available, making them easier to find and understand.
To identify and eradicate the stigma of combat related PTSD that is taking so many of our Veteran lives; To train Veterans to Rise out of the ashes of their trauma and pain through comprehensive programs, events and hands on training; To offer Hope in the form of Transformation Coaching, Career Opportunities and Focused Conversation.
